Ulica Żupnicza in Kamionek has undergone a distinct transformation in recent years from a former warehouse backlot into a dense residential quarter. At the address Żupnicza 21C, Victoria Dom is building the next stage of the Metro Art 8 project. This is a part of Praga-Południe chosen mainly by people looking for a cheaper compromise close to the centre, ready to accept the proximity of post-industrial relics. New buildings are rising here alongside former industrial plants, so the area is still only just taking its final shape and has a specific, raw character.
