X·State Real Estate works on the Warsaw residential market — sale, purchase and rental. We are a team of advisers, not a network of branches, and it shows in how a case is handled.
One person handles the case
We do not pass clients between departments. The adviser who took your case stays with you to the end, including the visit to the notary.
We say when it is not worth it
If the price is too high or the timing is wrong, you will hear it in the first conversation. We would rather lose the instruction than keep a listing with no chance.
We search the whole market
Buyers also see other agencies' listings and new builds. Our commission must not decide what you get to see.
Four languages, one standard
We work in Polish, English, Ukrainian and Russian, and translate documents so that it is clear what you are signing.
What we have
A database you will not build by browsing portals
We maintain our own new-build catalogue — 8374 apartments across 119 projects from 15 developers, with prices updated automatically. It lets us compare the resale and new-build markets in a single conversation instead of sending you to sales offices.
