Metro Art 13

Ulica Żupnicza in the capital's Kamionek has for years been transforming post-industrial areas into quarters of new developments. It is right at the address Żupnicza 21D that the developer Victoria Dom built the Metro Art 13 building. This is an area of Praga-Południe that mainly attracts young Varsovians looking for their first place of their own, accepting the fact that urban transformation is still underway outside their windows, and modern apartment buildings directly neighbor old industrial halls and warehouses.

Despite the word in the estate's name, there is simply no metro station within walking distance, and this must be kept in mind when planning daily routes. The structure of the units themselves is very homogeneous. The floor areas on the price list fall strictly within the range of 31.3 to 43.7 m², which means exclusively one- and two-room apartments. There are no larger layouts for multi-person families here, so the building's entire community will be rather uniform in terms of lifestyle. These are sizes designed with singles, students, working couples starting out, and investors looking for compact units for safe rental close to the centre of right-bank Warsaw in mind.
