APARTAMENTY RUDNICKIEGO

Streets in this part of Bielany are named after Polish generals. The estate stands on Rudnickiego, at the junction with Maczka: the first commanded a division in Anders' army, the second commanded the First Armored Division, which liberated Breda. This is the Piaski district, meaning Bielany built after the war, with a regular street grid and considerable greenery between buildings.

The investment consists of four buildings and one hundred seventeen apartments, with development from six to seven storeys above ground floor, with one underground level of garage. Dom Development carried it out as a project with an elevated standard, which is visible in the finishing of common areas. The building was completed in the fourth quarter of 2025, so the apartment, staircase and courtyard can be viewed in person, not just on a floor plan.

Bielany has two layers worth knowing before making a decision. The older one is the forest and monastery: the district's name comes from the white habits of the Camaldolese monks brought here by Władysław IV in 1639, and Las Bielański is today a nature reserve with old-growth forest within the city limits. The newer one is the metro, which runs under Marymoncka and ends at an interchange node at Młociny.

What is not visible in the visualizations: the distance to the metro must be measured independently, because Piaski lies between stations and for some addresses this means a dozen or so minutes on foot or one bus stop away, not an exit from the staircase onto the platform. The second thing is the neighborhood: the post-war development around it has its years and its greenery, so the surroundings are established and will not change radically anymore. For some this is an advantage, for others a lack of prospect for the growth in value that a developing district offers.
