From this investment, one apartment remains — a two-room unit in a building with completion scheduled for 2026. It is a situation without choice, but also without unknowns: the building is already visible, the neighborhood is visible, and you can see how the entire investment looks in reality, not just in visualizations.

Targówek is a district that has changed more over the last decade than it did over the previous thirty years. This was decided by the second metro line, which extended eastward and shortened the journey to the city center to just over a dozen minutes. Previously, this part of the city was a typical bedroom district with transportation based on buses and trams; today it is one of the cheaper addresses with metro access.

The rest of the area is ordinary in the best sense: low and block-style development from various decades, shops, schools and clinics on site, plenty of greenery between housing estates.

What to pay attention to: with the last unit in the investment, it is worth asking why it has not yet found a buyer, and viewing it at a different time of day. It is also worth calculating the actual route to the metro station — on Targówek it is this that determines the difference in price and in daily rhythm.

Oliwska runs along Cmentarz Bródnowski, established in 1884 and still one of the largest in Europe. This neighborhood explains the character of the entire street: on one side a wall and old trees, on the other Bródno, a large-panel housing estate which has had its own metro station since 2022.

The building at number 5C has eight floors above the ground floor, one underground parking level and one hundred twenty-four apartments, ranging from twenty-eight to just under seventy-five square meters, in two wings. It was designed by the SK-Architekci studio. Construction began in late 2023, and completions were scheduled for March 2026, so this is one of the nearer completion dates in our catalog.

What is not visible in the visualizations: some windows face the cemetery. For some, this is the quietest possible neighbor and a view of dozens of hectares of old trees, for others it is unacceptable, and it is better to decide this on site than on the floor plan. Beyond that, Bródno wins in terms of transportation: it is a few minutes' journey to Bródno or Kondratowicza metro station, and from there across the Vistula to Śródmieście without transfers.
